Orders are sent within Australia by Australia Post using Express Post satchels (500gm & 3kg) unless prior arangements are confirmed.

Ozcast takes no responsibility for uninsured items lost in the mail. Please let us know if you require your parcel to be insured and your shipping charges will be modified.

International orders will be sent by Australia Post air mail, unless confirmed otherwise, International customers will need to contact us prior to payment of orders, to enable freight costs to be adjusted.

Orders may be most easily placed, using the shopping cart. However if necessary they can also be placed by email, fax or phone.

Returns

Please be careful with your quantity and code selection, as all sales are final. There will be no returns unless damaged or incorrect items have been received. If this should happen they will be gladly exchanged for the correct items.
